Kenyon has an online payment portal (Appfolio) where you can easily pay your monthly HOA assessment and even set up automatic monthly withdrawals from your checking account. Please note that if you use a credit card, there is a 2.99% fee (the cost to process the credit card charge). If you use a debit card, there is a $9.99 flat fee. Payments can also be mailed to Kenyon’s office at the address above. Checks should be made payable to: Idlewild Riverfront Condo Assn.

Maintenance issues should NOT be submitted on the Kenyon website. Call Melissa at 775.674.8000 or send an email to [email protected]. She will pass them on to Terri. You may also contact the board. We will be developing a process to keep everyone better informed of in-process and outstanding maintenance issues.
