The Idlewild Riverfront I Homeowners Association is comprised of all of the owners of the 84 individual condo units. The owners (members of the HOA) are responsible for electing interested members to our Board of Directors. The board members serve a two year term with three of the seats coming up for election in even years and the other two seats in odd years. It is necessary to have at least 3 board members to maintain a quorum and hold meetings.
